Non CFA registered cats should send in a 5 generation pedigree to (Merilee Davis) mrd@cfa.org or (Carol Bertone) cab@cfa.org along with your credit details to apply for a CFA registration number. Once you receive this number, you can use the link above to claim your cat's title.
